Terms & Conditions
1. Redemption:
- • Winners with vouchers will visit Enaya head office in Al Hamra Tower, 74th floor, to be served.
- • Vouchers can be redeemed in-person only.
2. Validity:
- • Vouchers will be valid for 90 days from the draw date.
- • Vouchers cannot be redeemed with any other discount.
3. Value:
- • Redemption will be on Enaya's individual policies only.
- • Vouchers of 100 Kuwaiti dinars will be discounted from the winner's policy purchase.
- • Vouchers must be used in one transaction.
- • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Transferability:
- • Vouchers cannot be transferred to another person and should match the invoice name, except for Family Medical and Family Travel policies that can be transferred to the policy principal (e.g., son to father, wife to husband).
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- • Enaya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes to be communicated to voucher holders via email or voice call.
