These Trade-In Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) govern the trade-in transaction between Xcite General Trading Co. SPC (“Xcite”) and its customer (“you”) that intends to sell its electronic products (each a“Product”) to Xcite, in exchange for coupons provided by Xcite (the “Coupons”). By signing these Terms and Conditions, you agree as follows:

• 1. The trade-in service is available at certain locations as announced from time to time by Xcite. Xcite decides, at its sole discretion, your and the Product’s eligibility for the trade-in service.
• 2. If Xcite determines that you and the Products are eligible, Xcite will evaluate the Products and determine in its sole discretion the corresponding Coupons’ value. Any such Coupons granted by Xcite are subject to additional terms and conditions.
• 3. Customers represent and warrant that you (a) are at least 18 years old and the holder of the provided identification document, (b) are the sole and rightful owner of the Product bearing the specifications, serial number, and model number.
• 4. Customers represent and warrant that the Product (a) is not counterfeit and (b)does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• 5. Upon receipt and acceptance of the Product by Xcite, customers acknowledge and agree that (a) all right to and title in the Product are transferred to Xcite, in exchange for the offered Coupons and (b) the trade-in transaction is irrevocable, final and cannot be cancelled.
• 6. Customers grant Xcite and all Alghanim Industries’ entities the right to collect, store, retain, review, use, process internally or with third parties and transfer to their third parties service providers.
