Terms & Conditions
- 1. This offer is only applicable to those customers who have old TVs and are willing to trade in it with a new MINI LED TV at Xcite.com.
- 2. To be eligible, customers need to confirm applying the coupon discount (TRADETV) for the Trade-in program and agree to the Terms & Conditions on the checkout form to avail benefit of this offer in a single transaction.
- 3. The customer undertakes to hand over their old unit to Xcite upon request, without any delay whatsoever.
- 4. Upon the delivery of the new TV, the ownership of the old TV will be transferred to Xcite, and they become the sole owner of the old unit.
- 5. The uninstallation of the old unit and installation of the new unit will be free of charge, subject to the Terms & Conditions* of this promo.
- 6. The customer does not have the right to change the delivery location of the TV unit apart from where the old unit will be collected from.
- 7. The newly purchased TV can be returned within 14 days of delivery only for any major reason related to the quality of the new unit. In this case, Customer has the right to replace the new unit with another unit included in the trade-In program with equivalent price. In case the price of the alternative unit is higher from the price of the replaced unit, the old order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer and they will have to place a new order and maintain the old invoice to present it at the time of delivery to facilitate the Trade-in promotion.
- 8. The customer will have no right to claim the old unit traded-in even after cancellation of the order.
- 9. This promotion cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/discount.
- 10. Promotion Validity will be from 20th August to 5th September 2026.
