Terms & Conditions

  • 1. The promotion applies to selected laptop and tablet products, which will be clearly displayed below.
  • 2. To qualify for the voucher, the customer must present both of the following at the time of delivery:
    • - A valid Civil ID
    • - A valid Student ID or Teacher ID
  • 3. It is the customer’s responsibility to present the required identification at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the voucher, and the customer will not be eligible to receive it at a later date.
  • 4. The delivery representative will capture photos of the provided IDs and submit them to the responsible department for verification. The customer may be contacted if further confirmation is required.
  • 5. Upon successful verification, the voucher will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp within 6 days from the date of purchase.
  • 6. Each customer may avail this promotion only once during the promotional period.
  • 7. The promotion is valid until 31st January. Orders placed after this date will not be eligible.
  • 8. The issued voucher will be valid for one (1) month from the date of delivery. Any unused or expired voucher will be forfeited and cannot be extended, replaced, or reissued.
  • 9. The voucher can be used on any product and may be combined with other ongoing promotions, but cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher or discount codes.
  • 10. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
