The Promotion:

• • The promotion includes a complimentary voucher of up to 12 months on the launch of the OSN TVkey subscription.

OSN TVkey activation:

• 1. The customer must purchase from Samsung Brandshops and Samsung Retailers.
• 2. The customer must purchase one of the Product(s) as listed in the table below.
• 3. To avail the OTT Offer, the customer shall download the Promo app on their Product(s)
• 4. The customer must open the Promo app to gain the OTT Offer code.

Note: If customer has an existing subscription, the new voucher will not be an add-on. Customer will need to use a new email in order to get the OTT.

How to Redeem:

• 1- Access “Samsung Promo App”
• 2- Click on the Promotion of OSNTv and get the voucher code
• 3- Install OSNTV app
• 4- Login and insert the voucher code to activate the free watching period

How to Install OSNTV App (2 ways):

1- TV POP up

• • When OSNTV APP is launched, every Samsung TV (2021Y and above) will receive a POPUP once TV is turned ON.
• • The Popup will inform consumers about the New APP availability, including a Call to Action to install the APP.
• • For NEWLY purchased TVs, they will see the POPUP shortly after activating the TV.

2- App Search

• • At any point of time, Samsung TV owners can access “APPs section”, and install the APP.
• • The Products applicable to the OTT Offer shall be limited to the following Products:

as the offers are limited for OSN TVkey. If customer purchase TV after vouchers are finished, customer will not be eligible to the voucher.

• • The products subject to OSN TVkey complementary subscription shall be limited to the following and voucher are valid for 2 weeks after download and must be redeemed before the expiry date.
• • OTT offers are based on first come, first serve. Once OTT vouchers run out, the offer will no longer be valid.
• • Vouchers will be downloaded thru Samsung Promo App which is a pre-downloaded application on TVs till end of campaign. Once customer receive the purchased TV & open the Samsung Promo app, they will see the campaign and will click on it with remote and download their voucher and follow the mechanism thru Promo App to activate their complimentary subscription. After two weeks, there will be no complimentary subscription available to activate.

General Terms:

• • Samsung will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered in connection with the redemption or usage of this Offer and/or the Voucher and/or for their inability to avail of this Offer and/or the Voucher.
• • The Promotion(s) are applicable only to customers who have purchased the Product(s) during the Promotion Period.
• • The Promotion (s) shall at all times be subject to availability and may not be provided to all customers purchasing the Products.
• • The complimentary vouchers for each offer are strictly based on a first come first serve basis.
• • The Promotion (s) are not transferable to other Samsung products nor is refundable or exchangeable for cash, or any other content or service provided by Samsung.
• • The Promotion (s) and its related discounts/benefits are subject to change and update at any time at Samsung’s sole and absolute discretion, subject to prior notice to the costumer.
• • The Promotion (s) cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future offers/promotions, and is not transferable.
• • Samsung will be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Promotion (s) or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the during the Promotion Period.
• • By participating in these Promotion (s), the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in the Promotion (s), will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
