• 1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Samsung Week Promotion ("Promotion"), designed to offer exclusive deals and added value to customers during the Promotion Period. It includes OTT Offer: A free voucher granting up to twelve (12) months of subscription services for Yango, WatchIt, OSNTV, and TOD (collectively referred to as "OTT Offers").
• 2. This Promotion is valid from August 20, 2026, to September 6, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
• 3. This Promotion is applicable to select 2026 Samsung TV models ("Products").
• 4. TThese Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to Samsung offline showrooms and Samsung authorized retail stores ("Stores") in the State of Kuwait ("Territory").

Mechanism for Redeeming OTT Offers:

• 1. The customer must purchase one of the Products listed in the table below.
• 2. Upon receiving the purchased Product(s), the customer must download the Promo App onto the Product if it is not pre-installed.
• 3. To claim the OTT Offer voucher, the customer must open the Promo App and click the "Get It Now" or "Use Now" button when the available offer appears.
• 4. The customer will be prompted to confirm their Samsung Account details. If the customer does not have a Samsung Account, they must create one.
• 5. On-screen instructions will guide customers through the registration process.
• 6. The voucher must be activated within two (2) weeks from the date of Product delivery; otherwise, it will become invalid.
• 7. For other OTT offers, the customer may only redeem vouchers through an account that does not have an active subscription. Once an existing subscription expires, the customer may use the voucher. Otherwise, the customer must use an account without an active subscription or create a new account to redeem the voucher.

Partner Terms and Conditions:

• 1. By clicking "Redeem Coupon," you agree to Samsung’s Offer Terms and Conditions as well as the Partner Terms and Conditions.
• 2. Following the end of the promotional period, you authorize the OTT offer partners to charge the subscription fee to your default payment method or any other registered payment method, alongside applicable taxes based on the prevailing rates at that time.
• 3. Your subscription to the OTT offer will continue until canceled by the subscriber. You may cancel the subscription at any time by visiting your account. You will not be charged for the next subscription cycle if you cancel before the upcoming renewal date. All OTT offer cancellation and refund requests are subject to the relevant OTT partner's policy. OTT partners reserve the right to modify the subscription price from time to time.
• 4. OTT offers are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, and may not be available to all customers who purchase the Products during the Promotion Period.

General Provisions:

• 1. Samsung assumes no liability or responsibility to the customer for any loss and/or damage of any kind incurred in connection with the redemption or use of these offers, their associated benefits, or the customer's inability to avail of such offers and/or benefits.
• 2. These offers are valid only for customers who purchased the Products during the Promotion Period.
• 3. These offers are subject to availability at all times and may not be available to all purchasing customers.
• 4. Offers cannot be transferred to other Samsung products, nor can they be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other content/services provided by Samsung.
• 5. These offers and their associated discounts and/or benefits are subject to modification and updates at any time at Samsung's sole discretion, upon prior notice to the customer.
• 6. These offers cannot be combined with any other existing or future offers or promotions, nor are they transferable.
• 7. Samsung reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or modify these offers, or to amend, alter, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Promotion Period, upon prior notice to the customer.
• 8. By participating in these offers, the customer agrees that any dispute of any nature arising directly or indirectly out of these Terms and Conditions or participation in these offers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Territory, and resolved by the competent courts of that country.
