Promotion Guidelines
- ● The 10% discount is available only to students and teachers.
- ● Customers must enter the promo code “NAJAHE10” during online checkout to receive the discount.
- ● At the time of delivery, customers must present both an active Civil ID and a valid Student or Teacher ID.
- ● The delivery driver will take a screenshot/photo of the IDs for verification before handing over the order, provided it is eligible.
- ● If the customer cannot provide the required IDs or refuses to allow the driver to take a photo of the IDs, the delivery will be rescheduled and/or cancelled.
- ● The discount is applied at checkout but is conditional upon successful ID verification at the time of delivery.
- ● We reserve the right to refuse or cancel deliveries if verification requirements are not met.
Eligibility:

- 1. Students
- - Individuals currently enrolled in Primary or Higher Education.
- - Parents or guardians purchasing on behalf of a Primary or Higher Education student.
- 2. Teachers
- - Individuals with verified status as a teacher, lecturer, tutor, or anyone in a supervisory role involved in student education.
- 3. Employees of the Kuwait Ministry of Education
- - Individuals with valid, demonstrated employment with the Kuwait Ministry of Education.
