Promotion Guidelines
- The promotion is available exclusively to eligible students, teachers, and employees of the Kuwait Ministry of Education.
- Customers must enter promo code BTS26 during online checkout to receive the applicable discount.
- Each eligible product has its own predefined fixed discount amount, which may vary from one product to another.
- The applicable discount is applied separately to each eligible product in the order and is not calculated from the total invoice value or a general price bracket.
- The discount is applied during checkout but remains conditional upon successful eligibility and identification verification at the time of delivery.
- This promotion applies only to eligible products included in the promotion.
Who Is Eligible?
Students
Individuals enrolled in primary, secondary, or higher education, as well as parents or legal guardians purchasing on behalf of an eligible student.
Teachers & Education Professionals
Teachers, lecturers, tutors, or individuals serving in a supervisory role directly involved in student education.
Ministry of Education Employees
Individuals who can provide valid proof of current employment with the Kuwait Ministry of Education.
Identification & Delivery Verification
- At delivery, the customer must present an active Civil ID together with a valid Student ID, Teacher ID, education-sector employment ID, or Kuwait Ministry of Education employment ID, as applicable.
- A parent or legal guardian purchasing on behalf of a student must present their active Civil ID together with the student’s valid Student ID.
- The delivery driver will photograph the required identification documents for verification before handing over the order.
- The order will be handed over only after the required identification has been presented and eligibility has been successfully verified.
Customer Acknowledgement
By applying promo code BTS26, the customer confirms that they are eligible as a student, teacher, education professional, employee of the Kuwait Ministry of Education, or a parent or legal guardian purchasing on behalf of an eligible student. The customer also agrees to present the required identification and permit the delivery driver to photograph it for verification. Applying the code does not by itself confirm final eligibility.
If Verification Is Not Completed
If the customer cannot provide the required identification, presents invalid or expired documents, or refuses to allow the driver to photograph the documents, the order will not be handed over. Delivery may be rescheduled or the order may be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel any delivery when the verification requirements are not met.
The promotion ends at 11:59 PM on 15 September 2026, or earlier if it is withdrawn or eligible products are no longer available.
