Terms and Conditions for the Summer OTT Offer.
- 1. These Terms and Conditions comprise of a promotional offer where the customer can get 12 months free Shahid and OSN vouchers if they purchase 2025 OLED TVs and 98” Neo QLED and UHD.
- 2. The OTT offer for the Product(s) is valid from 15th August 2025 until the 15th September 2025 (“Offer Period”).
- 3. The Summer OTT Offer are only available in authorized Samsung partner stores and Brand Stores (“Stores”) in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman (“Territory”).
- 4. The OTT Offer is not interchangeable and will be availed at the same time to the customer with their purchase of the Product(s).
Mechanism to avail the OTT offer:
- 1. The customer must visit any of the authorized Samsung Partner Stores and Brand shops.
- 2. The customer must purchase one of the Product(s) as listed in the table below.
- 3. To avail the OTT Offer, the customer shall download the Promo app on their Product(s)
- 4. The customer must open Samsung Promo app to gain the OTT Offer code.
- The Products applicable to the OTT Offer shall be limited to the following Products:

*These offers are based on first come first serve, as the offers are limited for both OSN and Shahid. If customer purchase TV after vouchers are finished, customer will not be eligible to the voucher.
- The products subject to the OTT Offer (Shahid & OSN) complementary subscription shall be limited to the following and voucher are valid for 2 weeks after download and must be redeemed before the expiry date.
- OTT offers are based on first come, first serve. Once OTT vouchers run out, the offer will no longer be valid.
- Vouchers will be downloaded thru Samsung Promo App which is an pre-downloaded application on TVs till end of campaign. Once customer receive the purchased TV & open the Samsung Promo app, they will see the campaign and will click on it with remote and download their voucher and follow the mechanism thru Promo App to activate their complimentary subscription. After two weeks, there will be no complimentary subscription available to activate.
General Terms:
- Samsung shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the OTT Offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Promotion Period, subject to prior notification to the customers.
- The OTT Offers are limited to a first come first serve basis and will be subject to availability.
- The OTT Offers are not transferable to any other Product(s) nor are they refundable or exchangeable for cash or other any other contents or services provided by Samsung.
- The OTT Offers cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future offers/promotions.
- Samsung will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, suffered in connection with the redemption of or usage of these Offers.
- By participating in the OTT Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Offer, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the country of purchase of the Products and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts within the Territory.
