• Terminals purchased from Xcite can only be activated with subscriptions from Sama X (you cannot sign up with Starlink directly on their residential plans). • Once the customer places an order, SamaX will initiate contact to complete the KYC process. A valid Civil ID is required for verification.
• Upon successful completion of the KYC process, the unit will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
• Your data subscription is by default scheduled to be activated on the delivery date unless you inform Sama X otherwise

• Starlink terminals must be installed outdoors with an unobstructed view of the sky to ensure a strong, reliable connection.
• Typically a fixed-site solution featuring a larger antenna suitable for easy installation but light enough to be transported, comes with external router with WIFI 6 support. It can also be used without fixed installation as it comes with a kickstand.
• Purchased terminals can only be activated by Sama X, and customers can choose a Priority Plan from the available plans.
• Plan activation will be done post-delivery.
• While still compact and easy to move, the standard kit offers higher speeds and can be installed at a fixed site and has a separate WiFi router which can be places indoors offering better connectivity.
