What do I do if the code is not working?

In the unlikely circumstance that the code you’ve received does not work, please follow the following steps: Firstly go to xcite.com - My account Select ‘My Virtual Cards’ on the left hand Menu Upon selection, the order number of your recent purchase will be available. Then select the order number and click on "Report an issue". After that, it will direct you to a small window to type your message and send us a screenshot of Error message upon code upload. Finally, click on "Submit Report". We would review your complaint and provide you a resolution at the earliest.
