Terms & Conditions:

• The validity of this campaign is till 31st May, 2026.
• This is applicable on all Split AC purchases, except Floor Standing and Cassette AC units
• A service article# 9968 needs to be added along with each AC to be eligible for the express delivery service
• In order to avail the service, the order has to be placed between 8am - 3pm
• This campaign is not eligible during the weekends and public (upcoming Eid) holidays
• If the order cannot be fulfilled on a given day, kindly expect a call from one of our representatives to inform and refund you for the same
• The customers are not eligible for a refund of the express fee in the following cases:
  • - Unit loaded in the vehicle and left the warehouse (customer change of mind)
  • - Customer is not reachable or unavailable
  • - Customer's location is not ready for installation
  • - Customer refused delivery due to a change of mind±
  • - Unit is either undersized or oversized
  • - Customer requesting installation of outdoor unit above 3 metres
  • - Customer requesting installation above Kirby (Porta Cabin) for safety reasons.
  • - Customers who don’t have safe passage to the installation location (for safety reasons)
